Song Review

01. Tausendundeinenacht - 1:39
A spoken intro introduced to the topic of the album - the Arabian Nights. The backing sound pushes the lyrics forward.

02. Kalif an Stelle des Kalifen - 4:33
The song starts powerful with mod synth sounds and pithy guitar riffs. The recitative vocals dominate the song, specific conspicuous are the vocoded voice samples in the chorus. The lyrics are about abuse of power.

This song is about the Wonderful Lamp and the risk of using it, musically the topic of the first songs goes on.

05. Djindustrie - 4:39
The track who named the album is about a "Wish Factory", a factory which produced wonderful lamps with several djinns to realize more wishes, the word "Djindustrie" is a fusion of “djin” and German word “industrie”. The sound impressed by a high tempo and the meanwhile familiar pushing distinctive vocals.

The tempo dropped a little bit and the story about the ghosts you called develops further.

07. Mach Mich - 4:22
‘Mach Mich’ was released already last year as an EP, a slower song which is shaped by the wonderful antiphony in the chorus.

08. Geboren aus Feuer - 4:03
A slower song too, dominated by guitar riffs and the pushing vocals.

09. Tanz der Djin - 4:26
Topically meanwhile the djinns become self-employed and take over the leadership, characteristically for the song is the staccato sound.
