The tour kicks off on April 30 in Phoenix, North America, and makes a stop in Europe during June and July, with performances in Northeim, Munich, Bonn, and Wiesbaden. As a special guest in Munich, Bonn, and Wiesbaden, the renowned British rock band NEW MODEL ARMY will join the line-up. Idol recently announced his first studio album in over a decade. ‘Dream Into It’, set for release on April 25, 2025, via Dark Horse Records (BMG), features collaborations with Avril Lavigne, Joan Jett, and Alison Mosshart of THE KILLS. In anticipation of the upcoming tour, Idol appears in a short video showcasing his iconic music catalog. Last year, Idol celebrated the 40th anniversary of his groundbreaking second album, ‘Rebel Yell’, with a Deluxe Expanded Edition, available via Capitol/Universal Music. Recently, BILLY IDOL also performed at OZZY OSBOURNE’s induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, alongside Jack Black, Jelly Roll, TOOL frontman Maynard James Keenan, and others. This year, Idol himself could be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, as he is part of the Class of 2024 nominees, alongside MARIAH CAREY, OASIS, CYNDI LAUPER, THE WHITE STRIPES, JOE COCKER, and more. The winners will be announced at the end of April.
At the end of 2023, Idol released ‘Billy Idol: State Line’, a concert film by Vertigo Live, documenting his April 2023 performance at the iconic Hoover Dam - the first-ever concert at this historic location. The film highlights the history and significance of the Hoover Dam, featuring two unique sets of BILLY IDOL’s legendary hits: A full-band sunset performance with special guests, electrifying and illuminating the surrounding Black Canyon. An intimate acoustic duo set on the power plant’s rooftop, spanning the Colorado River at the Nevada-Arizona state line.

For 46 years, BILLY IDOL has been one of the most recognizable faces and voices in Rock & Roll. His artistic journey shines as brightly as the spotlight he commands. Between 1977 and 1981, Idol fronted GENERATION X, releasing three albums that infused Punk Rock with positivity, emotional depth, and pop appeal. In 1982, Idol launched his remarkable solo career, blending club energy, cinematic drama, raw rock intensity, bold punk aesthetics, and rock & roll decadence into a genre-defying transatlantic success. For the past ten years, Idol has toured relentlessly, showing no signs of slowing down. In 2021, he released the EP ‘The Roadside’, followed by ‘The Cage’ in 2022, both via Dark Horse Records - receiving praise from fans and critics alike. Now, on April 25, 2025, BILLY IDOL will release ‘Dream Into It’, his first studio album in over a decade.
