Acts for the Beach Stage, supporting program, and parties confirmed!The Highfield Festival near Leipzig is not only known for its stage program, but also for the atmosphere of its beach: right on the shores of Lake Störmthal, guests will experience a program of music, parties, and activities for the festival from August 15 to 17, whose program is now final with today’s announcement.
The line-up featuring K.I.Z, ElectriC CALLBOY, DEICHKIND, KONTRA K, CLUESO, BILDERBUCH, NINA CHUBA and many more acts will be joined by the following artists on the Beach Stage:
Paula Engels combines songwriter sensitivity with Indie sound and dark Pop beats. 100 KILO HERZ are enjoying success with “Brass Punk,” and FUTUREBAE has made a name for himself in the Rap capital of Berlin and beyond. REMOTE BONDAGE’s music has a captivating effect thanks to its many stylistic threads, while FRAUPAUL stands for powerful, direct, and intelligent Alternative Punk.
Two of the festival’s media partners will also enrich the program on the beach: Rausgegangen is hosting a music bingo where guests can win attractive prizes. And at the “DIFFUS x Highfield Beach Talk,” Mehnersmoos will meet ELECTRIC CALLBOY and talk about new perspectives and surprising similarities between two bands that have never met in such a format before.
The DJ program for the warm-up and after-show parties has also been finalized: King Kong Kicks will play on the fritz kola stage on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. On Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, El Mano & Dennis Concorde will also turn night into day on the Beach Stage.
For the first time, there will also be daily opportunities to recharge your batteries with yoga and aqua fitness on the beach in cooperation with Barres Studios Leipzig. Other activities include banana boating, tube riding, beach volleyball, and rides on the AOK Grinsel.
