‘Psychosis’ from SCHATTENSCHLAG was released at the end of January. Having a diverse mix of electronic genres, this CD runs from techno to EBM to hard style. It’s dedicated to the so called Cyber Goths I would say (not to mention the other half of the songs that are reworks of their original versions). Well, I don’t like this kind of music and I don’t like distorted vocal sound - it’s too harsh, too robust and too fast. But the best songs here come in the form of bonus tracks. ‘Dear God (A Praise from the Insane)’ and ‘Confusion Illusion’. I can’t highlight a any song, because I’m not willing to hear one of them to the end. But it’s my fault. The mastering of this LP is worse! But the music might be good for those who like this genre.
