KIETHEVEZ return with new EP ‘Switch’. Swedish electronic quartet KIETHEVEZ have chosen the next four songs to be released on a new EP entitled ‘Switch’, available across all major platforms from January 21st. Drawing from the band’s usual textures and harmonies, ‘Switch’ marks the second release in a planned series of EPs, featuring material composed in recent years. With an ambition to stay within the realms of pure electronic instrumentation, as was purposefully reintroduced on their previous EP ‘Binary’, these new tracks also allowed for wider experimenting with creation of sounds in an acoustic element, adding a layer of organic character.Formed in 1986, KIETHEVEZ consists of Jesper Palmqvist, Tomas Amneskog, Jörgen Falmer, and Per-Henrik Sandeskär. The band contributed in shaping the Swedish Synth Pop sound of the 1990s and never stopped evolving and creating. KIETHEVEZ have released three full-length albums and numerous singles and EPs. Their strongest following is found across Scandinavia, USA, South America, Germany, and Spain, where listeners have awaited this latest release.
