Review Flash

‘Dreamoirs’ is Dave McPherson’s (INME) second offering after his solo debut from 2011, ‘The Hardship Diaries’. The new album was financed by a Pledge Music campaign, offering not only the album but also access to over 150 extra tracks, blogs, videos, streamed performances, photos, & more. ‘Dreamoirs’ is taking you on a journey into a folky genre while Dave’s voice is truly mesmerizing, showing his huge talent. On this album, McPherson also plays with acoustic and orchestral vibes, resulting in a quite calm, chilled and dreamy release, as the concept of the album, dreams, already hints you.

Conclusion: Not just a stripped down INME album, but something completely different; ‘Dreamoirs’ is reflective and it’s a focused record that Dave has put a considerable amount of work, thought and passion into, interesting for fans of bands like FRANK TURNER or CITY AND COLOUR.
