Dark infused punks “Cold In Berlin” will release their second album 'And Yet' on Candlelight records in September.Out of the underbelly of the London scene Cold In Berlin carved a dark and isolated place of their own; their 2010 debut album ‘Give Me Walls’ was a frenetic and twisted Goth infused punk monster littered with a jagged sense frustration led by the formidable front-woman Maya. Upon its release Artrocker Magazine declared them 'Translators for our imploding society'. As the release reached further afield Mojo Magazine called them ‘A dark whirlpool of noise’, Rocksound went further telling of ‘heavy stories of volatile sexuality perfect for wrapping animalistic howls around’; plaudits quickly followed from Q Magazine ‘a voice that could fell oakes at 100 meters... razor-sharp guitar wizardry’, Rock-A-Rolla 'Ten tracks of sex-punk energy' and then Loud & Quiet and Clash Magazine.

You can rely on THIS OR THE APOCALYPSE. It took two years before band's third record for LIFEFORCE RECORDS sees the light of day. Another two years before "Haunt What's Left" there was their commercial debut"Monuments". Always there: troubled, heavy and emotive songs in between metal and melodic hardcore. This is exactly what you can expect from "Dead Years", but this time singer Ricky is truly pissed and you can hear that! The quintet from Lancaster, PA combines agile catchiness, striking technical ability and a good amount of Metalcore ingredients along with dense rock grooves. Producer Andreas Magnusson (THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, HASTE THE DAY) just had to record the enormous intensity and vigor the songs from THIS OR THE APOCALYPSE are based on. So he did. "Dead Years" consists of ten hymns exploring the fields of metal, hardcore and rock in their own way. The quintet does not think too much. The guys just play what feels right and follow their gut instinct. This is the way THIS OR THE APOCALYPSE succeeds.

The Slovenian Bay area thrash metal maniacs Panikk just finished the recording of their upcoming album which is scheduled to be released in early 2013 on Metal Tank Records under the name of Unbearable Conditions. The band comment:we finally finished the recording of Unbearable Conditions. The overall recording went smoothly, in fast mood and with no dramatic issues. We already heard the very final result and the entire crew is both excited and thrilled about what months of recording gave birth to: a lethal dose of fast, old school and untamed thrash metal. We are pretty sure that all of you enjoying tunes from legendary acts such as VIO-LENCE, EVILDEAD, SEPULTURA, DEMOLITION HAMMER, FORCED ENTRY and ACID REIGN will dig our latest effort at 100%.
