What goes through your mind when you hear the word „Mono“? Stereo? That would be far too simple. No, the name of the Hamburg-based band fronted by Martin Engler derives from the word Monomania. This is a medical term from the early 1900s and means “partially insane”. Whoever is set alight by the band’s musical fireworks - which the band definitely ignites live - will ask “Why only ‘partially’ insane?” After all, in the past year Mono Inc. have invaded the scene in a way that could be called “complete insanity”. German progressive metal titans OBSCURA have announced a three date headlining Japanese tour in the summer of 2012 in support of their latest album Omnivium.. Support on the tour will come from Canadian tech-death bruisers BENEATH THE MASSACRE. The tour will kick-off on June 12th in Tokyo, Japan followed by dates in Osaka and Nagoya. A complete listing of dates is listed below. OBSCURA's Steffen Kummerer commented on the upcoming run: "We are honored to get the chance to play the second time in our career in the land of the rising sun. The Omnivium World Tour extends once more and we are glad we can bring our friends in Beneath the Massacre to all the shows."

BLACK LABEL SOCIETY was formed in 1998 by Zakk Wylde, former guitarist of OZZY OSBOURNE, and drummer Phil Ondich. A year later the musicians recorded their debut album ‘Sonic Brew’. In 2001, Phil left the band and his place was taken by Craig Nunenmacher. During almost 14 years of its existence, the formation released 9 studio albums including the compilation album entitled ‘The Song Remains not the Same’ which appeared in 2011 and features new acoustic versions of the songs off ‘Order of the Black’.
