Matthew P hails from Suffolk, England. Most people will have heard his tune 'The Girl On The Platform Smile's / She Began to Dance' featured on the Match.com advert. His track 'End of the World' has also gained cult success through Channel 4's use of it on the Watchmen trailer in late 2011. Matt's debut album 'Long Straight Lines' was created in an exposed beach hut studio, set amongst the seaside towns and rural countryside Matt grew up amongst. From acoustic tracks such as 'Little You Little Me', to upbeat full band performances such as 'GIlly' and 'Long Straight Lines', it is an eclectic mix of all things Matthew P. The album will be release on April 30th in a unique manner. It will be released via each of the below labels:

Four years of silence are over now. THE RASMUS will release the new self-titled album on 20th April. Prior to the album release, the single ‘I’m a Mess’ will be available on Friday, 13th April 2012 via Universal Music. Birmingham's exciting new indie rockers, Since Monroe, are burning the candle at both ends, whilst promoting current release 'Lost Generation,' which is getting rave reviews, they have also started writing new tracks for what they hope will be an album to be out early 2013. US-Metal powerhouse ICED EARTH, currently in China for the first time with shows in Shanghai and Beijing this week, are adding on more shows to their massive WORLD DYSTOPIA TOUR. The show in Bangalore, India on June 16th is a first visit to India for the band and the show on August 19th in Limassol marks a much-clamored return to Cyprus, only 8 months after their last show there. The show is being filmed and recorded for an upcoming DVD/CD release. "The decision of where to do the next IE live album and DVD was not an easy one. We have experienced so many amazing audiences around the world that we really wish we could film them all. However, the electricity and atmosphere of the first show in Cyprus was so killer that we are convinced this is the best place to do our next DVD. Who knows what the future holds?
