"Get The City Love You" is old school Desert Rock at its best – rough, psychedelic, melodious, and above all, multi faceted. Instrumental tracks, hypnotic noisy parts, straightfoward hits as well as laidback tunes – all 10 songs are different, however they follow the path of finest DesertSessions style without sticking to any stoner clichés. Somewhere between Doom, Psychedelic, Noise and with a touch of Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd as well as Saint Vitus, The Black Keys, Qotsa and Soundgarden. The album "Get The City Love You" is not supposed to be liked by anyone. This has never been the band's aim and neither will be. Rather, the title is dedicated to the feeling of having arrived anytime, anywhere, anyhow. Be it in the city of Moscow, Chemnitz or Erfurt, where the four musicians have ended up, or be it the good feeling of having found their way in a musical sense.
