EDEN TOUR IS COMING!
If you look at October in our Tour Schedule which is adorned with just one concert-weekend, you could think 'it's calm in the House of Faun'. Far from it! We're right now deeply in the preparations for the EDEN-TOUR and we are very keen to introduce you one of the longest Faun concert programs and a unique experience. At the moment we enjoy rehearsing a lot of songs from the EDEN cd which will be the first time on stage. Meanwhile our Visual Magician is working on a completely new light and video display and stage design to create also a festival for your eyes. (but we have to deny Rumors that members of Faun are on stage Dressed as Golden Apples :) Also a thing we look forward to on the Concerts of the Tour, the musicians of TROBAR DE MORTE and IN GOWAN RING whom are joining us on stage to perform with us our songs!

Since Kari Berg left Ashbury Heights last year she has been working hard on her solo career, planning future projects and releases. In the meantime though she has been very active in cooperating with other artists and even joined a new band, the Chaos All Stars, for example on the song “Forget Them”, a track that really stated the “new style” of Kari Berg.

After a baptism of fire standing in for Alex Vuskans on the bands recent UK run with Sylosis MALEFICE have announced that Andy Wilson will take over on a permanent basis. Andy Wilson comments: "I am very excited to be taking on the Malefice slot full time, the Sylosis tour couldn't have gone any better and the musical chemistry is undeniable. I can't wait to see what the future holds for the band." Frontman Dale Butler adds: "There's always controversy surrounding a band member leaving in any band. But I can't stress enough how there is none in this situation. Alex felt he could no longer continue to give 100% to Malefice, and between us we decided that it would be better for him to leave. Alex is closer to me than most of my family, he'll always be my brother no matter what and nothing will change between us all on a personal level.

Legendary death metal innovators CANNIBAL CORPSE will headline the first-ever edition of Metal Hammer's Destroyers Of The Faith tour, and will be bringing with them some of the biggest names in extreme music! Joining the New York titans of gore on this history-making trek will be none other than bowel-exploding doom metal kings TRIPTYKON, spearheaded by seminal extreme metal icon Tom G Warrior of Celtic Frost and Hellhammer fame. And, as if that wasn't enough, both bands will also be joined by veteran Norwegian progressive black metallers ENSLAVED and Arizona death metal favourites, JOB FOR A COWBOY!
