With every album released and live show played, 3 INCHES OF BLOOD give their all, keeping traditionalist metal alive. The band is pleased to announce that Bryon Stroud of Fear Factory and formerly of Strapping Young Lad, has officially joined the group taking over bass duties. Stroud and 3 INCHES OF BLOOD have been working together on a variety of things, and Stroud is beyond pleased shift his involvement to a creative level. "I am super stoked to let everyone know that I have joined my brothers in 3IOB," exclaims Stroud.

Nick Storch will be in charge of booking KING DIAMOND concerts in North and South America, and Paul Ryan will be in charge of booking concerts in Europe and the rest of the world. But that's not all...! In the past year King Diamond focused on the recovery from an open heart triple bypass surgery and is now going to return to the stage! Ravenscry's debut album "One Way Out" will be released in Japan through Hydrant Music on March the 14th, 2012. After the successful European and Scandinavian releases the hype continues for "One Way Out". The album will be distributed in Japan by EMI music thanks to the new deal with Hydrant Music. The whole band stated: "We are very excited to have our debut album "One Way Out" released by Hydrant Music in Japan. We were searching for someone who could collaborate with us in Japan and Hydrant Music proposal just came across our way. We are very happy about this agreement and we are sure that One Way Out will be heard by our Japanese fans... and of course it would be awesome to come over Japan to promote our music!" Late 2011 on a diet of Swans, Electric Wizard and Sonic Youth Cold In Berlin retreated into a studio which was the former home to a Mental Hospital. Buried deep in South East London it straddled a nearby Cemetery and in a desolate site that was only occupied by squawking Ravens and the deeps woods that surrounded it they enlisted the help of producer James Aparicio (whose credits include Depeche Mode, Spiritualized, Grinderman and Liars) who helped sharpen their already visceral sound. This is where they produced AA single ‘…And The Darkness Bangs’ / ‘The Lie’.

Introduced via their record label, Audio Savant, in 2005, Robert Osgood and Marius Sjøli quickly realized their shared musical vision. A short while later they began collaborating on Robert’s recently minted project, Hollow Branches. In 2009, with the assistance of Jason Walton (Agalloch) on bass, Hollow Branches released the “Words are Fire” and “Anchored in Sleep” EPs, with a short 10 month gap between releases. Both self-released EPs were downloaded hundreds of times and received favorable reviews in publications such as Scratch the Surface, The Dreaded Press, and Absolute Zero.
