IAMX is a band appealing to all senses. Music, lyrics and performance blend here to an experience that has no equal, and every performance and release is eagerly awaited by a constantly growing number of fans. Finally, in May 2009, the time had come and the band around mastermind Chris Corner released their third album ‘Kingdom of Welcome Addiction’ following a three years long starving time of the fans for new material.
Redundant to say that the album, on which the band stresses the emotional side more than ever before, came like a bombshell regardless of it leaking into the internet a few weeks before its release! The fans celebrated the new long player and just as critics did, and on a series of festival shows all of them could get a very good idea of the material’s live qualities. By the end of October now, IAMX are going to invade several German clubs and enchant, and rouse the craving audience. GO and get your tickets as soon as you can.
