D-A-D, Heaven’s Basement
Starting in the early 1980s under the name DISNEYLAND AFTER DARK, D-A-D released the first EP in 1985. After the commercially successful long-player `No Fuel left for the Pilgrims´ (1989), the Danish Rock band had to change its name as the Walt Disney Company had exercised a veto. Henceforth, the musicians from Copenhagen have been known as D-A-D.
On 21st September 2009 and supported by the young British Glam rockers HEAVEN’S BASEMENT, Jesper Binzer (vocals, guitar), Stig Pedersen (bass), Jacob Binzer (guitar) and Laust Sonne (drums) are going to play at the Frankfurt Batschkapp.
