Life Of Agony

LIFE OF AGONY is a rock band from New York which was founded in 1989 by Keith Caputo, Joey Z. and Alan Robert. The band is influenced by Radiohead, Black Sabbath, Metallica and Pink Floyd. Already their debut album of 1993 ‘Rivers run red’ was a success. It was about subjects like suicide and death. In 1999, the band separated. The former singer Keith Caputo began his solo career which was not too successful, however.

Then in 2003, there was a reunion of the group in the old occupation with two sold off concerts in New York. About the songwriting they have met finally again and published in 2005 their latest album ‘Broken Valley’. This year they celebrate now 20 year existence and come on their jubilee tour on the 18th August 2009 also to Munich's Backstage.
