Skunk Anansie
More than eight years ago, the British Rock band SKUNK ANANSIE announced its breakup and caused a lot of disappointment of those who loved the multi-platinum selling formation for hits such as `Hedonism´ or `Weak´. Particularly, the forceful and at the same time emotional vocals of the charismatic front woman Skin left their marks on the band’s sound.
Last year and surprisingly for everyone, drummer Mark Richardson confirmed reports that SKUNK ANANSIE should be reformed in 2009. With the songs of the upcoming Best of-album `Smashes and Trashes´ up to its sleeves, SKUNK ANANSIE will tour some European cities in this year’s autumn. On 10th October 2009, the formation will be the headliner of the TAUBERTALER ROCKNACHT. As there will be a great line-up, stay tuned for further details concerning all the other artists and concert details!
