After eleven years of absence, legendary Swedish Star-Trek inspired synth poppers S.P.O.C.K are back with a compilation which includes songs from 1997 to 2001. As the title says, this compilation includes eighteen songs from the period of the band when they were releasing alums from their own record label SubSpace Communications (SSC). The album contains many of the bands hits including ‘Dr. McCoy’, ‘E.T. Phone Home’, and of course ‘Klingon 2000’. Also we can find tracks from singles and EP's which are hard to find like ‘E.T. Phone Home’ (radio c-c-cut). The album comes in Digipak CD and in 500 pieces worldwide as double vinyl which makes it a must have for collectors and faithful S.P.O.C.K fans. I'm sure the S.P.O.C.K fans will find this release very good but also if someone wants to have a first contact with S.P.O.C.K's music this compilation is a very good choice.
