When legends say goodbye, it gets loud. When KISS say goodbye, it gets louder! For the 50th anniversary of the most iconic of all Rock bands, Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Eric Singer and Tommy Thayer say goodbye to their fans with 50 final shows worldwide. They will play five of them in Germany this summer. “We’ll give it our all again!”, Paul recently promised on the Howard Stern Show. And when KISS promise that, then you know what that means: the whole big bang! Because everything under huge is too small.

So fans can look forward to a brilliant spectacle of their beloved make-up monsters: explosions, riffs and flying superheroes! KISS spit blood and fire, they shoot rockets out of their instruments and hover over the heads of the fans across the halls. “There is simply no more high-tech than at our concerts. And yet every single one is a 1a Rock’n’Roll show that never loses its oomph,” explains Paul Stanley.

In classic make-up, they celebrate the songs that shaped an entire genre and led KISS into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame for over two hours. This includes classics like ‘I Was Made For Lovin’ You’, ‘Love Gun’, ‘Deuce’ and other pearls from 24 gold and platinum-plated studio albums. Finally, how could it be otherwise, the KISS classic ‘Rock And Roll Nite’ rang out - just like they’ve done at every show for decades. “We can’t end our concerts better than with this song. It just reflects everything that KISS is about,” Stanley continues. Simmons adds, “We’ve played all over the world, in countries with different cultures and languages. But when this song comes out, everyone can sing along.”

The demand for tickets for the very last tour is already huge: 50,000 tickets for the shows in Munich (June 17), Dresden (June 21), Berlin (June 22), Mannheim (July 1) and Cologne (July 2) have already been sold. The date in the SAP Arena in Mannheim is already sold out, and there are only a few tickets left for Cologne and Berlin.

In addition to “Demon”, “Spaceman”, “Starchild” and “Catman”, fans can also look forward to top-class support acts: AIRBOURNE (Munich) and SKID ROW (Mannheim, Cologne) have already been confirmed! The support acts for Berlin and Dresden will be announced shortly.

The “End of the Road World Tour”, which started in January 2019 in Vancouver, Canada, has already taken KISS to the largest halls in North America, across Europe, to Asia, Oceania, South America and to the headliner slots of major festivals. They had to pause for two years because of the corona pandemic, now they are ending their overwhelming music career exactly five decades after their first shows - on December 1st and 2nd of this year in New York, the city where it all began. Says Gene Simmons, “KISS was born on 23rd Street and it was only 50 years before they would play their final shows ten blocks away on 33rd Street in Madison Square Garden.” An event sure to spark great emotions with the hard rockers: “I always make jokes about men not crying,” says Simmons. “But I’m definitely going to shed tears and cry like a little girl.”
