Canadian trio Encephalon already had considerable success with their 2011 debut "The Transhuman Condition" both in America and Europe and made a lot of fans. Now Matt Giffords group ups the ante with "Psychogenesis", a complex, heavy and engaging Electro album somewhere along the lines of Front Line Assembly, Project Pitchfork and Fractured. Luckily, in spite of this complexity and diversity, they do not forget accessibility, so "Psychogenesis" turns out to be a great Electro cocktail you can also enjoy in the "Infinity Edition", which is limited to 250 copies only and contains additional artwork as well as a bonus CD.- Details

Dependent is proud to announce that Electropop pioneers Beborn Beton have signed to the label. At the end of last year they received a demo which simply blew them away with its overall quality and great songwriting, as the label states. In the EBM-/Synthpop-scene, Beborn Beton have become famous especially during the 1990s with songs like "Torture" or "Another World" and were successful in both, European and US-clubs, not least due to several tours. After a series of mishaps though, the closure of their German label Strangeways amongst them, the trio went underground. However, the group reformed by the end of the noughties and took their time for a concentrated effort. It took then seven full years to produce an album without any compromises, which has accordingly been titled "A Worthy Compensation". We will soon issue a release date and promise nothing less than one of the electronic highlights of 2015.Source: Press Release

Everything is larger in Texas: the width of the landscape, the distance to the next city, the steak on the barbeque – even the space for new thoughts seems to have an XXL format. That's how MONO INC. experienced it at least. In March 2014, the band from Hamburg spent five days on a ranch next to the Rio Grande. And what was originally planned as a small vacation after the first US performance led to something bigger: ‘Terlingua’, the 8th record of the successful band, to which many industry insiders pin their high hopes on. After all, MONO INC. developed into a downright top ten guarantor with their preceding records ‘After the War’ and ‘Nimmermehr’. The new MONO INC. record ‘Terlingua’ will be released on 22nd May 15 via NoCut/SPV. Watch the album trailer: https://youtu.be/7z4FAfOKiQ4Source: Press Release
