Entitled 'Between Wine and Blood", the album is both a brand new studio mini-album of 6 new songs and an 11 track live album recorded on the band's current "Between Dog and Wolf" tour. "Between Dog and Wolf", released last September, received some of New Model Army's best ever reviews in their 34 year career and was certainly their fastest selling album in 20 years, charting top 30 in UK and Germany and the major European tour through the end of last year reflected this success. The live album features songs recorded at London, Nottingham, Cambridge, Cologne and Amsterdam.

The title track perfectly showcases the many versatile sides of Lord Of The Lost. Intro and verse have harsh guitars meeting thudding Electronica and a Club-compatible beat, while front man Chris Harms juggles with the many facets of his charismatic voice, easily moving from deep, spine-tingling singing to death grunts and demonic Black-Metal-style screams. In a constant balancing act between dark atmosphere and pumping aggression, the song culminates in an anthemic chorus that will prove earworm-worthy even to those who have not been initiated into the wild world of Metal. The single includes the album version of “Six Feet Underground” plus two exclusive remixes. With the first mix, German Electro-band CHROM proves that the song also works perfectly well as a Synth-Pop-anthem, by creating a top notch floor filler.

Rumours told it before and now it is official! ALT FEST 2014 is cancelled. Here's the official statement:

"It is with a heavy heart that we must confirm we have had to cancel Alt-Fest. We tried to put on a ground-breaking event for you & the alternative scene, and it was your support that was helping to make it happen. From our early days on Kickstarter through to all of you who have purchased tickets we thank you. We the organisers of Alt-Fest have done everything we can to save it, but this week we ran out of time to raise all the required funds that was needed upfront of the festival.

The dark brotherhood embarks into the cold. The Medieval-Electro-pioneers open up a new chapter of their saga, driving the listener on a journey into the eternal frost on a unique foundation of synthetic beats and deep sequencers, garnished with medieval instruments, walls of guitars and choral chants. The new chapter in the fantastic journey of Ashlar von Megalon and his fearless friars seamlessly continues the story of the previous album releases of Heimataerde. On “Kaltwaerts” (= into the cold), the dark antagonist Zebaoth has captured friar Andreas and is now setting out to bring fear and horror unto the world. The brotherhood wants to stop this evil force at all costs and embarks into the cold to destroy the demon once and for all times and to rescue the friar. In this, Heimataerde manage to shake the floor yet again with a unique mix of club-compatible Electro-sounds and medieval atmosphere, while captivating the listener with an epic and moving story, at the same time.
