The waiting is over: BLIND GUARDIAN will return! As of today Hansi Kürsch & Co. have announced the first dates for their highly anticipated European tour, that will see the band en route through nine different countries in April and March 2015. Kicking off on April 10, 2015 in the Netherlands (Eindhoven - Effenaar), shows in Belgium, England, France, Spain, Switzerland, Italy and Greece will follow, concluding the run on May 10, 2015 in Athens. From April 23 to May 02, the Metalheads will be in Germany, with shows in Trier, Frankfurt, Bamberg, Munich, Leipzig, Stuttgart, Hamburg and as a highlight the “home show” at Düsseldorf “Mitsubishi Electric Halle” (former Philipshalle) on April 25, 2015.- Details

Standing strong and ready to celebrate their 30th band anniversary, German Heavy Metal masters RAGE now release a lyric video for ‘Anybody Home?’, the opening track of their forthcoming new output 'The Soundchaser Archives'. This outstanding song collection with a total amount of 30 tracks contains a number of previously unreleased songs or versions, demo recordings and fractions of ideas, which finally went to find clear sonic ground. On Monday the 28th of April, the five lads from SHOTGUN REVOLUTION will board an SAS airplane en route to Beijing, China. SHOTGUN REVOLUTION is booked to two of Beijing's premier culture-festivals, MEET IN BEIJING and STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL, both of which take place at the beginning of May 2014. Here they will play no less than three concerts, followed by a trip to Shanghai, where a number of unconfirmed concerts will take place.- Details

When the Danish rock n' roll band Electric Guitars released their debut album last year, it caused quite a stir in their homeland - to such an extent that it even made the news on national television. Now the album is ready for international release May 26th. The two guitar virtuosos behind Electric Guitars, Soren Andersen and Mika Vandborg, had succeeded in bringing ten of the best Danish guitarists of all time on one track, called ’Hero of Mine’. A homage to the electric guitar and some of the Danish legends who have played it. On the 10 minute long track you can listen to solos by Tim Christensen of Dizzy Mizz Lizzy for instance, Jacob Binzer of D-A-D, Billy Cross who played with Bob Dylan in the late 70s and not least Franz Beckerlee of the legendary 70s Danish rockband Gasolin’ - as well as, naturally, Andersen and Vandborg themselves.- Details

SEPULTURA have confirmed their second tour in support of their current album 'The Mediator Between Head And Hands Must Be The Heart'. The band will play – among several festivals - some countries and towns they have not played on the first tour leg. Sepultura´s latest album album was released in October 2013 and has been produced together with Ross Robinson who has been involved in their milestone 'Roots' already.Check out the video clip of 'THE VATICAN' here.
