Finally after three years of hard work, sweat and anticipation the time has come... The italian SynthPop band Halo Effect is back! Their new album "Recoding" will be released on December 7, 2012. Androids, virtual reality and rebelling machines, those are the themes for the return of Halo Effect. The new album will bring along new synthetic sounds, belonging to a travel towards distant and futuristic worlds, featuring a cross-over between synthpop and north-european  electronic beats. Produced by Mika Rossi (Autodafeh / Endless Shame) who mixed the album giving an international flavor to the sound of the band.

After the success of the until now 3 EPs ("Means to an End", "Stagnation//Death" in 2012 and "Thenceforward" in 2009) as well as the debut album "Long-distance side trip" (2010) the dark ambient / industrial-electricians of mind.area are back. The upcoming album "Maze" is ready to go and will be released in the middle of November on Ionium Records. As a little foretaste, there will be the EP "Disorder" as a free download on Ionium Records and the well-known portals.

EDEN'S CURSE have officially confirmed the departure of vocalist Marco Sandron. The band have issued the following statement: “It is with great regret that Eden’s Curse announce a parting of the ways with vocalist Marco Sandron. This is due to various reasons, but it was mutually agreed that it would be in the best interests of the band to sever all ties. We believe Marco to be a great vocalist and person, but it just did not work out, and we sincerely wish him the greatest of success with his future musical endeavours”.

Despite the title of their new album, "Center Of The Great Unknown", Romanian female-fronted melodic metallers MAGICA are not intending to lead their fans into the unknown. The new album of mastermind Bodgan Costea and his muse, vocalist Ana Mladinovici, is another fine example of great music in best MAGICA tradition. The song "One Angry Gaia" is available for streaming now.

Biding time, it sees and mocks our loneliest moments with a wry sense of humour… This fusion/rock power-trio from the French city of Toulouse disrespectfully sums up two decades of alternative rock and fusion. After a first 3-tracks EP in 2009 ("Rancour is a gift") and one year later its debut full-length album,"The Book Of V", Le Minus unleashes in 2012 its third recorded effort, entitled "Make my day".
