Alanis Morissette
Canadian singer Alanis Morissette became an absolute superstar in the 90s with her album ‘Jagged Little Pill’. Anyone my age probably knows the lyrics of songs like ‘You Oughta Know’, ‘Hand In My Pocket’ and ‘Ironic’ by heart, whether you like it or not. Although Morissette never matched this success again, her next album ‘Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie’ also did really well.

Delain, Amanda Somerville (Trillium)
After a successful tour in Europe and Latin-America, Dutch symphonic rock band DELAIN went back to the studio to work on their third studio album. After ‘Lucidity’ and ‘April Rain’ their album ‘We are the Others’ was released this summer. The album was produced by Jacob Hellner, known for his productions for amongst others RAMMSTEIN and APOCALYPTICA.

This year’s edition of Impericon’s Never Say Die! Tour takes place at the Paard van Troje in The Hague and as usual, they’ve put together a brutal line up of hardcore, metal and metalcore. Earlier editions of this tour featured big names such as COMEBACK KID, PARKWAY DRIVE and SUICIDE SILENCE. This year it is up to WE CAME AS ROMANS, BLESS THE FALL, STICK TO YOUR GUNS and five other bands to show the Dutch audience how it’s done.

Private Line + Godex + Bitch&Chips
PRIVATE LINE, formed in 1995 and with their current line-up being constant since 2002, is one of the established and yet smaller rock bands of Finland. Their latest album was released in 2011 and goes by the name ‘Dead Decade’.

BONAPARTE recently released their third album 'Sorry We're Open' and presented another Trash-Pop gem. The title track "Sorry We're Open", being released as single end of September, is available already now as Mr. Robot's Cheap-Ass Deluxe Lyric Video.
