Chiasm is a female industrial-influenced electronic solo project from Detroit, MI, created by Emileigh Rohn in 1997. "11:11", her long-awaited fourth solo album, is about to be released on COP International, and was self-produced and recorded in her personal studio, the MausHaus. It includes eleven songs continuing her experimental musical journey through science, emotion, and the mind. Previous albums include “Disorder” (2001), "Relapse" (2005), and "Reform" (2008) along with EPs "Prefrontal" (2006), "Apple Island" (2009), and the 2012 EP, "Obligatory".

4LYN are back on track following a long period of dormancy over difficulties and they were building up steam during that time. Something that needs releasing sooner or later. 4LYN did it with the release of their most recent album 'Quasar' in this year's May. But this is certainly just a vanguard or meant as preparation for the real strike which is going to follow in October when 4LYN will hit the road to push their audience physically and mentally to the limit until they're begging for mercy.

A Finnish metal band Dead Shape Figure will head for a tour in China in September 2012. The tour has five shows including Orange Island Music Festival held in Changsha. The festival is expecting at least 40 000 visitors this year. The bass player Neissu comments the upcoming shows: "Our trip to China is going to be a brilliant end for 'The Disease Of St. Vitus' -tour. Since the album was released in October 2010, we have been playing in 14 countries and done numerous unforgettable gigs. The promoter in China has been really active. At the beginning we were meant to do only one show but now we are playing the whole week! Orange Music Festival will be our biggest show to date and we are the only westerner band in the whole festival. We are really looking forward to the shows!"
