HolyHell Announce Digital Release Of New Album For June 16, 2012 And Celebrate With Special Pre-Sale Bundle
Darkness Visible, HolyHell’s upcoming new studio release of epic, power-goth metal, will first be released worldwide on June 16, 2012 exclusively on iTunes and on the band’s own online store, The Kingdom Of Steel (www.thekingdomofsteel.com). Brooklyn, New York's TOMBS have released the new video for the song "Passageways". The song is taken from their critically acclaimed 2011 release Path of Totality. The video which was directed by David Brodsky for Scion A/V Media is streaming exclusively on Stereogum.com and can be viewed HERE. TOMBS have unveiled their new custom guitar created by Artists Series Guitars. The design of the guitar is based on the album artwork from Path of Totality. The guitar is set to be released this spring. Check out a picture of it HERE. The critically acclaimed Path of Totality received quite a number of accolades in 2011 including, the album of the year in Decibel Magazine and Brooklyn Vegan. It also came in at number 2 on Pitchfork and number 3 on NPR's top list.

Dying Fetus have posted the second video in a series of in-studio videos taken during the recording sessions of their new album Reign Supreme, which is scheduled for a June 25 release in Europe via Relapse Records. The second installment covers laying down some of the vocal tracks as well as bass parts. Check it out HERE. The first video in the series which focuses on the drum tracking process can be viewed HERE.
The band has released a full album teaser for Reign Supreme. Reign Supreme features nine tracks and is a "return to roots" with production focused slightly more on slam than in the band's last few works.

NYC’s unholy black metal warriors Black Anvil have begun writing their follow-up to 2010’s critically acclaimed Triumvirate. The band has begun tracking rough demos for the new full length and plan to record in early 2013. Bassist / Vocalist Paul Delaney commented on the new material: “This is a darker, deeper record than our previous releases and a natural progression down the chosen path. Musically, and lyrically.. we will take our form to the next level.”
