M83 (aka Anthony Gonzalez) will release his new double album 'Hurry Up, We're Dreaming', produced by Justin Meldal-Johnson (Beck, NIN, The Mars Volta, Goldfrapp) and including contributions from Zola Jesus, Brad Laner (from 90's band Medicine) on guitar, and 'Saturdays = Youth' vocalist Morgan Kibby.

Synthpop pioneers Erasure will return with their first album in more than four years this fall via Mute Records. Titled Tomorrow's World, the follow-up to 2007′s Light at the End of the World was written by Vince Clarke and Andy Bell in New York, London, and at Clarke's cabin studio in Maine, and then recorded in Maine, London, and Los Angeles between January and June of this year with producer Frankmusik. With Clarke's vintage collection of analog synths providing the final touch, the end result is billed as collection of electronic songs that sound "contemporary and classic at the same time."

Following a creative break of several years, EVANESCENCE are set to release their new album in October. Since beginning of April they've been working in the studio with producer Nick Raskulinecz. The new and eponymous album is slated for a release on 7th October. Furthermore, the band confirms the return of guitarist Troy Mclawhorn who had briefly joined SEETHER in the meantime.

On its second outing “Bittersüß” (= bittersweet), Mina Harker effectively merges the lively feel inherent to German Alternative Rock with powerfully catchy electronic Pop music and a carefully added dark note. The album sports a much more mature sound than the singer’s debut, with arrangements that have been watered down to their very essence for maximum impact.
