SHINING founder Niklas Kvarforth announced today that the band has parted company with label Indie Recordings, and has instead signed with Spinefarm Records. The front man, who late last month announced that he was quitting all his other projects, with the exception of Maniac’s SKITLIV, so that he could concentrate on SHINING, is keen to stress that the parting from Indie is completely amicable explaining that “There is absolutely no bad blood between SHINING and Indie Recordings.

The new album ‘Phoenix Arising’ of German alternative rockers NOT CALLED JINX will be out on 29th April 2011. Just founded in 2006, the band scores with the refreshing attitude. They’re by no means newbies though. Countless shows in just as many clubs and youth centres are under their belt already. Their unique sound developed in line with their live presence. Their sound is complex yet straight to the point with a mixture of alternative and earthly rock and bestowed them support slots for ITCHY POOPZKID or 5 BUGS, and even led them to Indonesia when playing Asia’s largest rock festival Java Rockingland in 2010.

A LIFE DIVIDED are sorry to announce they have to cancel their support tour for TARJA over organizational reasons. Circumstances have changed in a way, making participation impossible. The headliner shows in Frankfurt are taking place as announced. Furthermore, the band will play the following festivals:
