There’s a very special kind of aura surrounding the Finnish lady TARJA TURUNEN at all times. Aside from her extraordinary opera voice it was the elegance, the dignity and the passion she radiates that’s making her such a popular figure in my opinion. Ever since the ways of NIGHTWISH and her parted she’s been pursuing her solo career which has become equally successful as her previous engagements. Her first solo record ‘My Winter Storm’ from 2008 got rewarded aplenty and was followed up with a successful tour in the following. Her next album ‘What Lies Beneath’ already was released in autumn 2010 and it’s high time people got to see those songs presented live again.

The live testament of Negura Bunget's original line-up featuring Hupogrammos, Sol Faur, and Negru, "Focul Viu", is available on DVD, double CD, and as a DVD/2CD box-set! This recording of a 90-minutes concert back in 2008 in Bucharest is a final evocation of the classic line-up's magic and therefore a must-have for every fan of Negura Bunget who didn't have the opportunity to experience the group live before their separation.

This is truly extraordinary news for Empyrium and pleasant news for all fans of this unique project: 15 years after the release of their debut album "A Wintersunset ...," Empyrium will perform the very first concert in the band's history on Whitsuntide 2011 (June 10 until 13) at the Wave Gotik Treffen in Leipzig/Germany. Schwadorf proudly and expectantly confirms the performance:

"With great excitement and anticipation we hereby confirm that Empyrium will play its first (and maybe last) live show ever on this year's Wave Gotik Treffen. We are very busy preparing the show right now. Expect a very special line-up and a set-list featuring songs from all albums we released and even unreleased material. Now available, the long awaited new album "Beneath The Ashes" by the Canadian electro-industrial project Fractured. A dense and compact album that never stays too long in one place, maintaining an air of tension throughout, just like an ancient continent foreshadowing its destruction.
