On 11th November, Osbourne, Iommi, Butler, Ward and Rubin called a press conference to spread the news. Venue was the legendary Whiskey A Go-Go where the band played their groundbreaking first show in Los Angeles about 41 years ago. The event was hosted by respected musician and spoken-word artist Henry Rollins who said "There's probably no band in the world that wouldn't wish to have written 'War Pigs'"
With a total of 70 million sold copies, the band rewarded with the Grammy and who's joined the ranks of the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame, has inked a new worldwide deal with Vertigo. BLACK SABBATH are currently in the studio to record the yet untitled new album. A preliminary release is set around autumn 2012. It will be their ninth mutual album and the first since 'Never Say Die!' from 1979.
On 4th June 2012, the band will play its only show in Germany in Dortmund. Don't miss that event!
