With the EoD Live Edition, the team at Matrix club in Bochum strives to combine the successful party series with special live acts before the actual party starts. For 25th February they’ve opted for a rather avant-garde program. It all starts with MONO NO AWARE. Apart from that being Japanese and translating something like “an empathy toward things” it’s the label for a German act that for eleven years now spreads its power noise mayhem amongst audiences all over the place.

Well, I think it is as redundant as anything to explain who PINK FLOYD are, so let’s switch over to what’s the meaning behind THE AUSTRALIAN PINK FLOYD SHOW. Back in 1988, a group of like-minded musicians came together in Australia to form a PINK FLOYD cover band. But not an ordinary one! Their goal is to play replications of the PINK FLOYD that are as close to the originals as it is possible extending to the visual replicas just as well.

The band came together in 2007 and advanced to a degree in an amount of time that is surprising. 2010 is the year for them to conquer audiences with their debut album, simply titled ‘We Are The Royal’. Arrogant or overly self-conscious? It seems that it’s neither one nor the other. It’s just that these guys have a good sense of humour and like to play with it, and even though they’ve just one album out at the moment they’re perfectly able to entertain bigger audiences for even much longer than the album lasts.

SEABOUND - Have some exciting news

While you haven't heard much from Seabound in the last year, we finally have some updates for you. Seabound have started working on their fourth studio album. We neither have a working title for you, nor can we give you any details regarding a release schedule thus far. All we can say is that the first larger studio session is finished, and that the first four songs are near completion.
