Pink Turns Blue 'GHOST' on #6 of DAC CHARTS + 3 x album of the month!

GHOST conquers hearts in a storm: with a terrific start even before the official release, GHOST places itselfin the premier league. "Sonic Seducer" album of the month, "Orkus" album of the month, "Infrarot" tip of the month, top 10 in the German Alternative Charts (DAC) and "Zillo" album #3 only behind Nine Inch Nails and Rotersand (which we like, too ;-).

After the overwhelming success with the comeback-album PHOENIX on chart position #14 of the DAC-Top-100 year charts and the event of the Jubilee Ball that welcomed the band into the top-squad of the scene, Pink Turns Blue have now conquered with their new album GHOST a firm seat in the scene:

Sonic Seducer: Magic, oh magic!
"Can't Be Love" is a melancholic wave-hit that will drive tears into the eyes of Chameleons' fans, "Walk Away" is destined to fill foggy dancefloors, "True Love (After All)" stands in best tradition of PTB-classics like "If Two Worlds Kiss" and "Now We'll Go" shows, that "Now Is The Time" of the most impressive comeback of the history of wave, PHOENIX, wasn't a one-hit-wonder. The first half of 2007 becomes more and more extraordinary concerning phantastic releases. Superb album, hats off!

Orkus: Milestones of melancholy!
"The gorgeous thing about GHOST are the many slow songs which were allowed by the quartet. Here the band connects to their classics on "If Two Worlds Kiss" and "Meta". Here their Singer Mic Jogwer shows, how much emotion, how much grief and agony, but also gentleness is in his voice. "Last Day On Earth" and "True Love (After All)" will soon be mentioned in one breath with many other milestones of melancholy that paves the path of this extraordinary group. This path maybe won't be an easy one in the future, but with an album like GHOST it leads directly into the emotional hemispheres that otherwise only the really big band like The Mission or The Cure revolve."

Zillo: attribute: extraordinary precious!
"Music that works the miracle to create images people's minds, is good music. And Pink Turns Blue are wizards. These eleven songs (and especially "Biding Our Time" and "If Love Could Change This World") touch the soul, if one is ready to let go."

On May 26 the band celebrates its success with a one-off SPECIAL GHOST SHOW. The WGT-Management did neither shy at cost nor effort to treat the group with a special setting and Pink Turns Blue do look forward to another ever memorable concert as a thank you to the many dear old and new friends.

The champagne is packed and we are looking forward to seeing you next Saturday at the Anker at WGT at 14.30h
