The music of EISBLUME is about loss and hanging on, about resignation and the clinging to the deep longing and the confidence of being more than a puppet on a string.The huge enthusiasm, EISBLUME cause is also measurable by looking at the click counts of the online video portal Youtube. Already at the beginning of last week, the magic threshold of 1,000,00 clicks on the anime video to ‘Eisblumen’ was being crossed and in March 2009 already follows the debut album ‘Unter dem Eis’ - a good dozen small, melancholic, lyrical stories about love, pain, and life.
