The new BLOODFLOWERZ album "Dark Love Poems" is going to enchant the world. Still kept in the cold darkness of the pressing plant the poems are impatiently waiting to conquer your ears and souls. On 23rd June 2006 (G/A/S - rest of Europe 26th June) they will be unleashed. Last weekend a listening session took place which gave a bunch of journalists a chance to give the record a first try. The musical and emotional passion of "Dark Love Poems" convinced them all. Hypnotic melodies, heartbreaking confessions full of grief, dreamy ballads and smashing discoveries of human cruelty are the varied plot which puts you through ups and downs of the hope of love. Foolish or dreamy, unlimited or dejected, perfect or fictionary - love has many faces. Which one will you be looking at once? Eleven tracks covered in atmospheric sound costumes created by Alex Krull and topped up by Timo Wuerz's fantastic artwork and unusual pix from Spooky Sally. "Dark Love Poems" is a very special and deep going record with an attitude.
