Mutabor - “25 Years Euphoria”
To their 25-year stage jubilee, MUTABOR recall their primordial spirit. Euphoria, as a life-affirming energy, is the credo of their music and their legendary live concerts. MUTABOR is the magic word and this band is the trip. The new album ‘Her mit dem schönen Leben’ is released over their label Makana Beat Records.
With their mix of styles from punk rock, and various folk influences, MUTABOR have been running since the first official release as a German representative of Folk-Punk. With the second official release, ‘JaJa’, the band extended their musical spectrum towards Pop, Reggae and Ska. The name is derived from Latin - mutabor means "I will be transformed". The similar charm of the fairytale “Kalif Storch” by Wilhelm Hauff served as inspiration for the naming.
