tAKiDA - “Section 7 Tour”
Leading the radio airplay charts, performing in ever-larger venues, and captivating a rapidly growing fanbase with their unmistakable sound, Swedish Multi-Platinum rock band TAKIDA are currently enjoying the most successful period of their career. As part of their Section 7 Tour, TAKIDA will return to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in January 2027 for an extensive run of 16 concerts.
Over the years, TAKIDA have accumulated an impressive list of achievements, including six Platinum-certified singles - one of them earning Quadruple Platinum status - along with three Platinum albums and five No. 1 albums.
Their tours continue to grow with every cycle, taking them to increasingly larger venues. Having long since reached arena status in their native Sweden, the band’s popularity is now rapidly expanding across the rest of Europe as well. Major festivals - including Wacken Open Air - have welcomed TAKIDA onto their main stages, further cementing their reputation as one of Scandinavia’s leading Rock acts.
Their latest album, ‘The Agony Flame’, reached the top of the German Rock Radio Airplay Chart, driven by the success of the hit single ‘The Loneliest Hour’. The follow-up single, ‘The Game’, also proved highly successful, debuting at No. 2 on the same chart before breaking into the Top 100 Mainstream Radio Airplay Chart.
Currently back in the studio, TAKIDA are putting the finishing touches on their next chapter, with the first new material from their upcoming album scheduled for release later this spring.
