The one-man project DESERTER presents in time for the EU elections his new synth pop album, which is to be understood as a declaration of love for Europe. Deserter = Renegade Soldier/ Renegade. Almost all songs have to do with it, the long player will be released on 12 April 2019, just a few weeks before the EU elections in May 2019. The European dream of community and peace, of overcoming borders is celebrated in songs like the title track ‘Europa!’ or ‘My Favorite Dream’. The central theme of the album: regardless of origin, skin colour, nationality, language to be able to lead a free and safe life at any time.
