Already the last festival day has arrived. This day offered – again with very nice weather – lots of electronic acts such as REAPER or [:SITD:] as well as THE CRÜXSHADOWS performing with a totally new line-up. Furthermore you could enjoy the fresh inspiring show of SCHANDMAUL. The evening and with this, a perfect festival, ended with headliner LACRIMOSA.

With Full Force Festival Day 1: Misery Speaks, Drone, Caliban, Die Apokalyptischen Reiter, War From A Harlots Mouth, Bullet For My Valentine and Machine Head
We arrived there Thursday evening and soon after we finally put up our tent it began to rain. Obviously not the best start for a festival during the summer and, thank god, the weather got better the next day. And this day was meant to be great since big names such us CALIBAN and MACHINE HEAD stood on the plan for this Friday.

Blackfield Festival Day 2: Colony 5, Iris, Solar Fake, Diorama, Northern Lite, Catastrophe Ballet, Modcom, Samsas Traum, Subway to Sally, Nitzer Ebb
The second day of the festival started very warm and sunny. After a good night’s sleep we made our way back to Gelsenkirchen very early and so, we had quite some time to meet up friends before the concerts started. Saturday was my favourite festival day featuring NITZE EBB and DIORAMA - two bands I like a lot.

Billy Idol
As I was coming out of the Fillmore West in San Francisco after BILLY IDOL’s sold-out show there, I was kicking myself for never having seen him perform live before. After all, he is a rock music icon, a legend in his own right and deservedly so with the large number of hit songs he has produced over the past quarter century. This tour, built around his latest release, ‘The Very Best of Billy Idol: Idolize Yourself’ not only incorporates his classics, but also highlights a couple of new songs that are almost guaranteed to be big hits themselves. http://www.billyidol.net/ / www.myspace.com/BillyIdol
