DADA ANTE PORTAS is a Rock band from Lucerne, Switzerland which has been founded in 1997 and has quite a good reputation in their native, Germany, and Denmark. In the over 10 years of the band’s existence, they’ve played a shipload of shows to get their music straight and direct to the people and in 2009, they’re going to release their already fifth album in Germany, preceded with the single ‘Taking Your Love’. It’s a tune, blending a catchy pop flavour with the driving pace of a straight indie rock smasher and wrapping it all up with the strong voice of singer Pee Wirz. I, for one hadn’t heard of them before but after this single I’ll be sure to give a listen to the album as soon as it’s out in Germany and you should do the same.
