Album Review

If SOARING is your specialty then by all means soar right into the musical depth that is ‘Analog Distress’, a vocaling round-up of DEPECHE MODE's style with instrumental essence of KINGS OF LEON. The selection of 13-tracks you get thrown with gets you a brief idea of what SOARING is all about and they bring about to you an era of rock and roll music with a dash of pop in between. Some tracks that stick out the most includes ‘Life Is Killing Me’, ‘The Tide Has Turned’, and ‘Night Fades’, each of which varies a tune you can easily relate too. When it comes to ‘Life Is Killing Me’, this tune goes off into detailing about how the current life of the person is slowly rupturing into a spiralling abyss that they cannot control that it ends up killing them from the inside out. Where as ‘The Tide Has Turned’, makes the previous tune mentioned less harmful because this side of music takes a whole another turn by showing the happier sides of the music.

On how a tide has turned a new wave so let's start fresh and take off from then and not have to worry about anything. ‘Night Fades’, pretty much wraps up the two songs as these problems that have erupted slowly fade away into the depth of the nightlife. Basically being swept away to not see another day but to start the next day fresh and clear and clean without a care in the world to as what happened the night before. SOARING's ‘Analog Distress’, may sound like a stress call but it is it tends to be a stress reliever allowing the soothing sound of the music make its way through your ear drums as it slowly glides its way flying to every possible breaking point and error spot located in your body leaving you with nothing but mellowness. Fans of KINGS OF LEON, DEPECHE MODE and THE PARLOR MOB will fall for these rockers instantly.
