In 2009 Dokk'em announced its partnership with MFVF. Today MFVF is happy to announce that this summer, it will present its first open air stage at the fifth edition of Dokk'em festival. The MFVF Dokk'em stage is an addition to both festivals. Bands to be announced.
Dokk'em Open Air is a hardrock/metal festival with great diversity, existing since 2002 and taking place every other year in Raard, a village nearby Dokkum, Friesland in The Netherlands. http://www.dokkemopenair.nl/
MFVF is a Metal festival dedicated to the female singers, existing since 2003. It takes place every year in Belgium, and since a few years at Oktoberhallen in Wieze. Success of the festival cames from its unique concept and the quality of its organization, but also from bands' appearances, like EPICA, NIGHTWISH, AFTER FOREVER, TARJA, LEAVES' EYES, LACUNA COIL and many others.
The first bands for the line up of the 8th edition of the MFVF have already been announced: ARCH ENEMY, REVAMP, LEAVE'S EYES, BARE INFINITY, DIABULUS IN MUSICA, DYLATH-LEEN, SKEPTICAL MINDS.
