The first 10,000 tickets have been sold. Which means: The last few DVDs are also gone! However, the tickets for SUMMER BREEZE Open Air 2010 are still available from our online store at www.silverdust-shop.de for an unbeatable 66.- Euros (incl. parking/camping, excl. pre-sale fee)! Considering the immense demand for tickets and the fact that SUMMER BREEZE Open Air 2009 was already sold out in mid May of last year, we assume that this year the festival will sell out at an even earlier date. Therefore you better think hard about what to spend your next wages on, because there won’t be many more paydays before the festival sells out!In 2010 there will be a few innovations at SUMMER BREEZE Open Air. For the first time ever, no less than 100 bands will kick your arses on 4 different stages. Besides the two big open air stages and the Party Tent, there will also be the Camel Stage (close to the Party Tent), where the local brass band BLASMUSIK ILLENSCHWANG (as the 101st band, so to speak) and seven more bands will rock you from Wednesday til Saturday. The kick-off will be on Wednesday, August 18th at 14:00 with BLASMUSIK ILLENSCHWANG, who already opened the festival last year – although that time it was on a tractor trailer – in a resounding manner. From then on, seven selected bands will play three 20-minute sets each during the changeover breaks on the Party Tent stage. The bands and their corresponding festival dates are as follows:

Here’s a little reminder of our Newcomer Contest, the NEW BLOOD AWARD, as the application deadline is getting closer. If you and your band wish to take part, please read the following information carefully! If your band hails from Germany, Austria or Switzerland and doesn’t have a record deal yet, you can send us your demos and self-produced CDs until March 31st, 2010. This time we will try to keep every participating band informed about the status of their application.
