With THRICE, MINUS THE BEAR, STATE RADIO and ALAIN JOHANNES, already 22 bands are confirmed for the Area 4 Festival 2010. From 20th to 22nd August 2010 it’s taking place for the 5th time and with every new incarnation draws more rock music fans to Borkenberge airfield in Lüdinghausen for a weekend with camping, party and rock music. Also in World Cup year 2010, football won’t go short at the Area 4 Festival. At the festival soccer up it’s besides glory and honour about a nice-looking award and free tickets for the Area 4 Festival 2011. For each festival, 10 teams will be selected, kicking for the win on Saturday then. Every team has 5 field players and 1 keeper. Every festival attendee can apply as of now at http://www.area4.de/
Tickets can be bought for 94 EUR incl. presale charges and a 5 EUR garbage deposit, refunded when returning the garbage bag and chip on the spot, at all ticket shops, online at http://www.area4.de/, http://www.eventim.de/ or by phone. 3-Days Festival tickets bought in pre-sale also include onetime free travelling to and from the festival with short-range transit within the scope of Münsterland rate incl Unna as well as the VRR.
For mobile homes, caravans etc., a separate parking lot will be set up on the festival grounds which you’ll need a special badge to enter it. Only with this badge you’ll be granted direct access to the airport grounds. Due to the increased amount of needed space, this service is offered for a price of 15,- EUR for each vehicle and limited to 500 vehicles.
