Anyone who has experienced Copenhagen-based Anders Trentemøller live knows about his captivating ability to draw an audience completely into his sound world. One might call it danceable melancholy. Stylistically, TRENTEMØLLER weaves together Electro with Shoegaze, Synth-Pop and Dream-Pop, sometimes instrumental, sometimes featuring hand-picked guest vocalists.

His powerful latest album, ‘Dreamweaver’, released in 2024, certainly lives up to its name. It’s dreamily beautiful, built on an atmospheric, dreamy sound that can quickly tip into darkness (as heard in ‘Nightfall’ featuring vocalist Dísa, who appears on eight of the ten tracks). ‘I Give My Tears’, on the other hand, is noisy and psychedelic, the perfect soundtrack to an illuminating nightmare.
