This summer will be hot and danceable. There are not only many festivals to visit, but also bands coming up with new albums and singles and so does Johan van Roy of SUICIDE COMMANDO too. With ‘The Pain That You Like’, the Belgian mastermind returns to the club dance-floors and yes, this time he’s got a little help from a friend. Jean Luc de Meyer of FRONT 242 did some guest vocals, so this track might be interesting for all the old-school EBM fans too. Release date will be 24th July on Out of Line, so mark this date in your calendars.
We all know that Vasi Vallis and Gregor Beyerle are the masterminds behind the electronic music project REAPER. And of course they announced a new album and a new single and have been working on it for quite a while. We all remember their funny videos for REAPER trash TV to make waiting a little easier and now the band announced that their new single ‘Der Schnitter’ will be released on 26th June on Infacted Recordings. Yes, one month later than planned. The single will be limited to 500 copies and you will find a huge surprise on it: Henrik Iversen of NAMNAMBULU took part in one of the remixes. How this will sound is what we don’t know, but here’s the final tracklist. Enjoy!

The tour in autumn last year was almost completely sold out and there have been no tickets available for their encore show in Bremen for a few weeks now. For the show in Leipzig, there are only a few remaining tickets. No matter where RISE AGAINST are, their fans are everywhere with them. The political punks play another three shows in Hannover, Stuttgart and Dortmund in October. Those who don't want to miss out on that have to be quick! The guys are bringing their new record ‘The Black Market’ which reached the top position in the German charts immediately. No feet stand still during songs like ‘I Don't Wanna Be Here Anymore’ or ‘Tragedy + Time’ at the shows.
After a four-year long break, the electro punk band ALICE IN VIDEOLAND is united again. The band which has already reached cult status with their mix of electro, punk, pop and synth is a precursor of Swedish modern electro. The first single of the upcoming record will be released by Diket Records in May. “After four records and eight years on tour, all band members had the impression that we forgot how to have fun together and there was no fire anymore. That's why we decided to take a break and do something different. Now, the fun while making music is back again”, says Toril Linqvist, songwriter and singer.
