Janus – Jubilee Tour
A legend. A rebellion of old gentlemen? JANUS are celebrating their 20th anniversary. Tobias Hahn (piano) and Dirk ''RIG'' Riegert (vocals) spent most of that time in hibernation. Then came their uprising, their show at the Amphi Festival 2014 and now: A small, delicate anniversary tour. JANUS live. With a program which consists of two programs: At first only JANUS which means Tobias at the concert piano, RIG singing (and it is rumoured that there might appear the one or other new composition). Then: JANUS celebrating their very own mix of rock and classic, jazz and gothic with five other musicians. With unusual orchestration: percussion, marimba, cello, clarinet and contrabass. It is safe to say that clichés will be avoided.

Emil Bulls, Annisokay & Tenside
They are the opposite of what is considered typically German and precisely because of that one of the embodiments of the South-German music scene. Like no other band do EMIL BULLS from Munich stand for incorruptible underground spirit. Since already 19 years the band is delivering fresh, sweeping sounds without repeating themselves. Successfully: their last record reached position 16 of the German Media Control charts. Now, the Bavarians prepare for their next coup with their current record ‘Sacrifice to Venus’ which was released on 8th August 2014 via AFM records.

System of a Down - “Wake up the Souls” Tour
SYSTEM OF A DOWN put on their only Germany show in mid-April in Cologne this year. The exclusive performance of the pioneers of alternative metal on the 13th April is to remind of the attempted genocide on Armenians by the Ottoman Empire a hundred years ago. The “Wake up the Souls” tour wants to oppose ignorance with an unmistakable voice. It starts off in London's Wembley arena and reaches its peak with the first ever performance of the band on Republic Square in Yerevan.

Deichkind – “Niveau Weshalb Warum ?!“
Those band commercial texts are horrendous! I don't believe that anyone will buy a ticket to see a band only because they have read this text. Have you ever read ‘The distinction’ by Pierre Bourdieu? Where do you actually want to go? Oh well, this text was certainly written by someone who already belongs to the upper class. But not everyone wants to go to the top! And they should also be able to decide whether they want to have tomatoes thrown at them by a music group (or whether it actually pays off).
