British progressive metal act THRESHOLD have just revealed the title of their upcoming new record, with is due to be released at the end of September via Nuclear Blast. The successor for their 2012 output 'March Of Progress' will be called 'For The Journey'. The album is currently being produced at Thin Ice Studios in England, by band members Karl Groom (guitars) and Richard West (keyboards). Commented Richard West: "Our recording sessions have been wonderful, we've really enjoyed making this record. All the basic parts are recorded so now it's just a case of finishing our solos, compiling the vocals and adding more production moments. I think we've made a very solid record, we're really looking forward to putting it out there!"- Details

Ben Frost has unveiled the first track from his highly anticipated new album A U R O R A, out on Mute - released in collaboration with Bedroom Community – on 26/27 May 2014. Listen to Venter here! Known to many as JAYCE LEWIS but renamed to PROTAFIELD for a while now, the guys around mastermind Joyce finally will release their first album, 'Nemesis', on 23rd May 2014 via Caroline Universal. 'Nemesis' is a mix of punk and industrial, of dance, EBM, rock and metal, with well-known guests: Roger Taylor (Queen), Gary Numan, Mattias Ia Eklundh and Lance Henriksen (Aliens / Alien vs Predator).
