In anticipation of the release of their sixth studio album, Tales Of Us, Goldfrapp have released an innovative iPhone App, available now from http://smarturl.it/GfrApp. ‘GoldfrApp: Tales Of Us’ is an advanced photo modification App for iPhone and iPad. Taking existing apps such as Instagram and Snapseed to a whole new level, the app combines two of your photos using the ‘double exposure’ photography technique – creating an illusory joint image. The photos can then be easily saved to your camera roll and shared with friends via Email/Twitter/Facebook/Instagram. It is also possible to share them with Alison, who will be choosing her favourite photos to appear on the new Goldfrapp interactive experience page at www.goldfrapp.com.

The Seattle based band known as The Crying Spell is ready to hit hard with their new singleNever Before. The catchy tunes of this single follow the band’s own genre: developed by themselves, the band has decided to call this new style of modern music modwave. It is unique, and hard to describe with already existing terms – one could say it is something like dark wave influenced rock mixed with electronic elements. The FLEETWOOD MAC arena tour will stop on 6th of October in Cologne, on 14th of October in Stuttgart as well on 16th of October in Berlin.

Shout! – Gov’t Mule’s first studio album in four years – will feature 11 tracks recorded by the band in Los Angeles and Stamford, CT plus a bonus disc featuring an all-star lineup of vocalists interpreting The Mule’s new songs.
