Italy’s TOMBSTONE HIGHWAY has just released a new track entitled “Old Blood" exclusively at Rue Morgue Magazine. The song can be streamed at this location. "Ruralizer", band's Southern Rock-inspired Doom Metal album, will hit the shops on April 16th in North America. The release is out now in Europe. Music of TOMBSTONE HIGHWAY is a classic blend of feisty Stoner/Southern Rock and Doom Metal, with catchy guitar solos and old-school heavy metal parts that may remind of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Corrosion Of Conformity, Pride and Glory, Down, Black Sabbath, or even ZZ Top. Apart from Hard Rock instruments, the band uses also a banjo and Hammond organs.

Almost six years after "Rodeo ghettoblaster", Loading Data, the almighty french heavy & groovy stoner entity, is back to business with a new full-length album, "Double disco animal style", available right now on CD and digital through Deadlight Entertainment (Los Disidentes del Sucio Motel, Peter Dolving...) & limited LP edition thanks to A Quick One Records (The Electric Soft Parade, Yeti Lane). Recorded in Los Angeles in 2012 by Alan Johannes from the Queens of the Stone Age and Them Crooked Vultures, this brand new effort by Loading Data features some guests Deluxe appearances like Adam Keller (Rock City Angels), Hoss Wright (Mondo Generator) or Nick Oliveri (ex-Kyuss, ex-QOTSA, Mondo Generator, Vista Chino...) and contains 13 tracks of groovy mix between heavy stoner and sunburnt desert rock. 'Low Mode', the debut single from the enigmatic Colour Of Bone opens with an infectious distorted guitar riff set against a dense backdrop of pulsating electronics; brooding a sense of melodrama. The enigmatic artist, composer and musician behind the Colour Of Bone moniker, who does not wish to be named, appears only as a silhouette in the track's accompanying video. Singing of romantic misgivings, ‘Low Mode’ intensifies as the thick crunching bass rolls and descends again and again beside fat thumping toms, eventually being answered by the futuristically heavy simplicity of its harmonised chorus. Hell hath no fury like a guitar scorned.
