The Hooters
Way back at the start of the 1980s it was that the story of THE HOOTERS had its start. After a time filled with playing mostly local clubs which of course was to change with their debut album ‘Amore’ becoming such a success. Holding such early hits as ‘All You Zombies’ and ‘Hanging On A Heartbeat’ it was safe to say the band was tipped for it and the second album ‘Nervous Night’ becoming a million seller firmly underpinned that.

Dark Decadence Tour 2011: Hardcore Superstar, The 69 Eyes, Crash Diet
For fans of heavy Scandinavian metal there’s a real treat coming up with the Dark Decadence tour 2011 where 3 bands from Sweden and Finland are coming together, all indulging in different facets of the genre. The first one being HARDCORE SUPERSTAR, playing a bastard kind of music you won’t get to hear anywhere else. Wave Gotik Treffen 2011 with Pre-Party on 9th June
Twenty years ago, two Gothic people from Leipzig had an unusual idea: They didn’t want to create yet another dark music festival but rather a supra-regional gathering of like-minded fellows for relaxed meeting, chatting and celebrating. When in 1992 the 1st Wave-Gotik-Treffen took place in 1992 at the edge of Leipzig with about 2,000 visitors and just a handful of bands, it is unlikely that anyone imagined that within a few years the WGT would become the largest meeting of Gothic people in the world, taking possession of a whole city every year at Whitsun. Now the WGT celebrates its 20th annual occurrence.
