After a successful, sold-out show in Copenhagen (alongside Pretty Maids), celebrating the 25th anniversary of the album “Fear Of Tomorrow”, Artillery started working on new songs. “6” is the working title of their forthcoming album scheduled for release on March 21st, 2011. The new album will include 11 songs. Some of the titles are "Ain’t giving in", "Concealed in the dark", "If only death was an illusion", "Monster" and "Warrior blood". The album will be available in minimum 3 different formats, which will include 4 bonus tracks: "The Eternal War", "Show Your Hate", "The Almighty" (these are all re-recorded versions of tracks taken from the band’s first album - "Fear Of Tomorrow") and "Computer god" (a cover version of the song by Black Sabbath).

In December Avantasia will set off on a world tour to bring the prestigious "Metal Opera" onto stages around the world. Featuring frontmen Tobias Sammet, ex-Helloween companions Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen, Jorn Lande of Masterplan, Bob Catley of Magnum, Amanda Somerville and many more the ensemble just has been confirmed to play Japan & Brazil too. Back in 2008, the Infacted Festival in Hannover was meant as a celebration of five years Infacted Recordings, five years, having seen a lot of qualitative releases and the Batschkapp became a single, big party. The festival raised a big demand for more, more party, more good music and another occasion to celebrate with good bands. So, under those circumstances it wasn’t a hard thing to start planning another festival.

Anathema
With the release of their newest album, the masters of transforming emotions of grief, loneliness and melancholy into music, ANATHEMA, have added a new element to their music and that is hope. Like a bright star it shines through cracks on ‘We’re here because we’re here’. A catharsis of sorts has happened, something that was overcome and which helped creating a wonderful album, which has been toured with a few selected concerts already this year and excited those who’ve had the chance to be a part of those.
